As a seasoned, experienced Real Estate Professional, I am continually learning and striving to keep up with the latest changes in our industry and market. Being a toughened veteran of 12 years, I have experienced the highs and lows of our real estate market and cycles. Whether it is a seller’s market or a buyer’s market, people will always be looking for home or investments and I owe it to my clients to be as informed as possible. The challenges of today's ever-changing market conditions creates a stronger determination to succeed and produce results.
Communication and information are the two critical aspects of any client/agent relationship. The more shared between them, the more efficient the process of finding or listing and closing a property will be. It is a personal relationship with a straight-forward, business approach. To be in an “on-call” mode for one’s clients is essential in this business and mutual respect for each other’s time is vital.
In my opinion, Full Service is defined as spending as much time, energy and resources as it takes to serve the client’s needs up to the point of a contract, then using those same things to take you through the escrow process and a successful closing. You will not be shuffled around during each aspect as I will be there for you through the entire process. Should you not close a transaction for whatever reason, I am not reimbursed for my time and money spent, nor do I collect a commission. What I do accumulate is more experience and a client friendship along the way, which makes any journey worthwhile.
As a native Southern Californian, I have spent much of the last 22 years in Temecula, 45 miles north of San Diego. My real estate career has taken me from office administration to sales agent, then co-managing a small company, owning that company and selling it to a large Orange County Brokerage and serving as their Associate Manager in the Temecula Valley.
I have raised two wonderful children, cutting horses and a variety of “critters”. Being part of a golfing family, my daughter is a Head Golf Professional in Washington and my son is Director of Competitions and Rules for the So. Calif. PGA in Beaumont, CA, formerly Director of Jr. Golf. Most of my volunteer hours have been spent supporting the Junior Golf Programs in some way and I am thankful for all the volunteers over the years that devoted their free time to my childrens' and so many others' success in golf and life.
